Hi! I miss you, just got back…got so busy!
Lovely post and I couldn’t agree more! I am doing the same thing…I’m trying to read alot…though at times I just have to admit it can be overwhelming…YET, it is helping me ALOT! One thing I learned to matter most is my ability to communicate with my doctors openly and asking them the right question…
I will catch up with my reading soon!
