Taken while walking in the Arboretum on my birthday, getting some fresh air and a reprieve from my mom.
This, and more, up over at the Arnold Arboretum Photo Project Blog, as well as at my Flickr page.

What a lovely thing to do for yourself on your birthday. Many, many happy returns to you!!! I hope you manage to have a great day, despite various things…
Oh the colors are so beautiful! Thanks for sharing! ; )
gorgeous a light in your day.
Gorgeous.
I am so glad I have my camera– it reminds me to stop and look for beauty, no matter what else is happening. Even if I’d gotten run over by a truck right after taking this, my day would not have been wasted.
That is so beautiful. I love the composition of the photo, as well as the gorgeous shapes and colors of the leaves.
And happy birthday!
Mmm…beautiful!
gorgeous! wish we had some here.
